Description
While we are fundamentally social beings, a reflective life requires the ability to stand apart from the noise of the world. In an era of constant connectivity, the capacity for solitude is often lost or mistaken for loneliness.
This talk explores the philosophical importance of “fertile solitude”—the quiet space where we can encounter our own thoughts without the influence of others’ expectations. By learning to cultivate this inner stillness, we find the clarity needed to return to our roles and relationships with greater wisdom and a more grounded sense of self.
