By accessing this website or completing a registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
1. About Prajna Path
Prajna Path is operated by Darren Harper, trading as a UK Sole Trader. Prajna Path offers
contemplative education, philosophical companionship, astrological services, and residential retreats. These offerings are educational and reflective in nature; they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
2. Nature of the Services
All services provided by Prajna Path are offered in a spirit of philosophical inquiry and personal exploration.

Philosophical Companionship: This service is a form of peer-to-peer intellectual inquiry. It is not clinical therapy or mental health counselling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek help from a qualified medical professional.

Interpretive Practice: Astrology and contemplative guidance are offered as interpretive practices. They are not predictive, diagnostic, or certain.

3. Eligibility
By sing this website or registering for any offering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are participating voluntarily and with informed consent.
4. Registration & Fees
- All fees are displayed clearly at the point of enrolment.
- Payments are processed securely through our integrated checkout, which supports PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay).
- Prajna Path does not store your payment card details.
- Your place in a programme or a companionship slot is confirmed only once the relevant fee (or deposit) has been received and cleared.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are strictly governed by the Prajna Path Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By completing a registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.
6. Retreats & Travel Responsibility\
For in-person retreats:

Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Logistics: You are responsible for arranging your own travel, visas, and personal
requirements.

Insurance Requirement: As stated in the Refund Policy, comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory condition of participation.

Liability: Prajna Path is not liable for financial losses arising from events beyond our
reasonable control, including venue closures, travel disruption, or force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Prajna Path website and within our programmes—including text, audio, video, course frameworks, and published digital or print materials (such as books and booklets)—is the intellectual property of Darren Harper unless otherwise stated.
- Personal Use Only: All materials, including books and booklets, are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- No Redistribution: You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or record sessions or written materials without prior written permission.
8. Conduct & Participation
Prajna Path values a contemplative, respectful, and high-depth environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a participant’s behaviour is disruptive or inconsistent with the ethos of the work. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prajna Path’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or programme in question. Prajna Path shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, Prajna Path does not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date. Access to the website may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.
