2. Nature of the Services

All services offered by Prajna Path are provided in a spirit of philosophical inquiry, reflection, and personal exploration.

  • No outcomes, results, or transformations are guaranteed.
  • Astrology, meditation, and philosophical guidance are offered as interpretive and contemplative practices, not as predictive or diagnostic services.
  • You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations arising from participation.

3. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing any offering, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You are participating voluntarily and with informed consent
4. Bookings & Payments
  • All prices are displayed clearly at the point of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and/or PayPal.
  • Prajna Path does not store your payment card details.
Bookings are confirmed only once full payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the Prajna Path Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By making a purchase or booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
6. Retreats & Travel Responsibility
For in-person retreats, including overseas retreats:
  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for arranging travel, visas, accommodation (where not included), and insurance.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly required, including cover for cancellation, illness, and disruption.

Prajna Path cannot be held responsible for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including venue closures, travel disruption, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Prajna Path website — including text, images, course materials, recordings, and written guidance — is the intellectual property of Prajna Path unless otherwise stated.

  • Content is provided for personal use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share materials without prior written

  • Course recordings or materials may not be shared with third parties.

8. Conduct & Participation

Prajna Path reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation where behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the contemplative and respectful ethos of the work.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Prajna Path shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in its offerings.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law
