1. About Prajna Path
Prajna Path is operated by Darren Harper, trading as a UK Sole Trader.
Prajna Path offers contemplative education, philosophical companionship, astrological services, and residential retreats.
These offerings are educational and reflective in nature; they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
2. Nature of the Services
All services provided by Prajna Path are offered in a spirit of philosophical inquiry and personal exploration.
- Philosophical Companionship: This service is a form of peer-to-peer intellectual inquiry. It is not clinical therapy or mental health counselling.
- Interpretive Practice: Astrology and contemplative guidance are offered as interpretive practices. They are not predictive, diagnostic, or certain.
- Personal Responsibility: You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations arising from your participation.
3. Eligibility

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Registration & Fees
- All fees are displayed clearly at the point of enrolment.
- Payments are processed securely through our integrated checkout.
- Prajna Path does not store your payment card details.
- Your place is confirmed only once the relevant fee or deposit has been received and cleared.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by the Prajna Path Refund Policy.
By completing a registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.
6. Retreats & Travel Responsibility
- Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
- Logistics: You are responsible for arranging your own travel, visas, and personal requirements.
- Insurance Requirement: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory.
- Liability: Prajna Path is not liable for financial losses arising from events beyond reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Prajna Path website and within programmes is the intellectual property of Darren Harper unless otherwise stated.
- Personal Use Only: Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
- No Redistribution: You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or record sessions or materials without written permission.
8. Conduct & Participation
Prajna Path values a respectful and contemplative environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if behaviour is disruptive or inconsistent with the ethos of the work.
No refund will be issued in such cases.

Prajna Path’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or programme in question.
Prajna Path shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
