Description
This course explores the development of inner steadiness and emotional balance. Through meditation practice, philosophical reflection, and thoughtful dialogue, participants investigate what it means to cultivate a stable and attentive mind.
By learning to remain present with changing circumstances, we discover how awareness can support resilience, calm, and clarity. The course invites participants to explore how inner stability influences our responses to difficulty, uncertainty, and change in everyday life.
